Arrow Rush Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or playing Arrow Rush (the “App”), published by Gree Web Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Arrow Rush on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not give you ownership of the App or any of its content, and does not permit you to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this limitation.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the App, interfere with its normal operation, or use any automated system to access it in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

The App, including its code, puzzle designs, artwork, sound effects, and branding, is the property of Gree Web Solutions and its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.

Arrow Rush does not require an account and does not currently offer in-app purchases. Your progress, scores, and settings are stored only on your own device — see our Privacy Policy for details.

The App is built with optional support for advertising, which is currently switched off in every published build. If that ever changes, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first, and any change will be reflected in an app update before it reaches your device.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gree Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for example to release an update, retire an old version, or in response to a violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
